We’re a New York company. We hold the lease on every apartment on this site, our own team photographed the rooms, and you will never be asked to pay anything through this website. Here is the whole arrangement, in plain terms.

Not on the room pages, not in the contact form, not anywhere. We don’t take card details, deposits, or holding fees online. This site exists to put you in touch with our team, and nothing else. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to send money through a website or an app, it isn’t us.

The rent shown on a listing is the rent. We tell you the deposit before anything is signed, and it is paid to the company — never to an individual.

We’re not a listings board where strangers post rooms. Every apartment here is one our company leases and manages — so the people who answer your messages are the same people who sign the lease and who you call if the heating stops working.
What happens before your child moves in
1. We stand in the room
Someone from our team goes to the apartment and photographs the actual room. No stock images, no “similar unit”.
2. Your child sees it before signing
In person if they’re already in New York, or on a live video call with our team while they’re still at home with you.
3. You deal with the company, not a middleman
The lease is with us. There’s no broker in between, and no broker fee at any point.
Why we don’t publish the address
Exact street addresses never appear on this site — not on the listing, not on the map, and not even after your child writes to us. The website never shows it. A person on our team gives it to your child directly when we set up the viewing. That’s deliberate: it stops our buildings being copied and re-advertised by people who have nothing to do with them.
If you find one of our rooms advertised elsewhere with a full street address on it, that listing is not ours.
