We’re not a listings board where strangers post rooms. Every apartment here is one our own team manages end to end — so the people who answer your messages are the same people who handle the lease and who you call if the heating stops working.
What happens before your child moves in

We stand in the room
Someone from our team goes to the apartment and photographs the actual room. No stock images, no “similar unit”.

Your child sees it before signing
In person if they’re already in New York, or on a live video call with our team while they’re still at home with you.

You deal with the company, not a middleman
The lease is with us. There’s no broker in between, and no broker fee at any point.
Why we don’t publish the address
Room listings and the public map show the area rather than the exact street address. Our team shares the address directly when arranging a viewing. Ask us to confirm the room and appointment details before your child travels.
