How do I view a room or ask a question?

Browse rooms and send an enquiry, or contact us directly — we will arrange the viewing in person.

Is iHousing legit?

Yes. Every room is in a unit our company operates — you can see it in person or on a live video call before you commit, and you will never pay a deposit through this site.

Do I pay anything before seeing a room?

No. Viewings and enquiries are always free — you will never be asked to pay a deposit or any fee before you have seen the room in person.

What documents do I need?

Our team walks you through everything when you enquire — you don't need any paperwork to browse or book a free viewing.

How long is a typical lease?

Most of our leases run 12 months, though shorter terms are sometimes available depending on the room — ask our team about your specific timeline.

Are utilities included?

It varies by room — many of our units include utilities, and each listing notes what's included. Message us if you don't see it and we'll confirm.
