Yes. Every property is verified before it is listed, and we arrange an in-person viewing so you can see the room before you commit.

No broker fees. Enquiring and getting matched is completely free.

Share your living preferences, budget and contact details. Our team reviews your request and gets in touch to discuss options.

Is iHousing legit?
Yes. Every room is managed directly by our own team and verified in person before it is listed — you can see it in person or on a live video call before you commit, and you will never pay a deposit through this site.
Do I pay anything before seeing a room?
No. Viewings and inquiries are always free — you will never be asked to pay a deposit or any fee before you have seen the room in person.
What documents do I need?
Our team walks you through everything when you inquire — you don't need any paperwork to browse or book a free viewing.
How long is a typical lease?
Most of our leases run 12 months, though shorter terms are sometimes available depending on the room — ask our team about your specific timeline.
Are utilities included?
